About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic

TikTok Content Creator

to help attract and recruit

production operators

through engaging social media content. The ideal candidate is skilled in short-form video creation, understands current TikTok trends, and can create authentic, attention-grabbing content that drives applications and hires.

This is a

performance-based role

commissions based on the number of successful hires

generated from your TikTok content.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit TikTok videos promoting operator job opportunities in Penang. Develop engaging and trend-based recruitment content that attracts potential candidates. Collaborate with our HR/recruitment team to understand hiring needs, job benefits, and key selling points. Track performance metrics (views, leads, conversions to hires). Engage with audience comments, messages, and questions professionally. Continuously improve video content to increase reach and hiring conversion.

Requirements

Strong understanding of TikTok, social media trends, and video storytelling. Experience creating content for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts (personal or professional). Basic video editing skills using CapCut, TikTok editor, or similar tools. Creative mindset, confident on camera, and able to deliver authentic content. Based in

Penang

or nearby areas (to film local workplace-related content). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Compensation

Commission-based:

Earn attractive commission for each operator successfully hired through your content if he/she stays for 3 months and above. Performance bonuses for high-performing creators. Flexible schedule and creative freedom in content production
