Job Description


OVERALL SCOPE OF WORK The primary responsibility of a content creatoris to support the overall social media strategy. This encompasses planning, social media management, as well as development and implementation of a cohesive social strategy to drive and enhance clients/ company brand value offering across Malaysia. The post holder is required to plan for publications in various social media platforms, manage the content and increase their reach. He/she is also expected to conduct market research activities and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 analysis to inform social media plan and marketing planning. Additionally, providing support for activities or tasks related to respective client is deemed necessary. DUTIES:

  • Responsible for developing and executing company\xe2\x80\x99s social media strategy to align with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
  • Conceptualize & develop graphic design, social media assets, POP, OOH artworks for branding, and sales & marketing collaterals to meet project objectives and timeline.
  • Take photo/ video shooting and photo/ video editing for marketing campaign.
  • Grows and expands clients/ company social media presence including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram and TikTok.
  • Manage and improve online content, considering digital ads, SEO, and Google Analytics.
  • Research, monitor & analyse and track the effectiveness of content / online campaigns.
  • Integrating online activities with off-line marketing communication plans to provide optimal business support.
  • Responsible for tracking and analysis on campaign results and ad-hoc online events;
  • Researching and proposing new market trends and technologies in digital marketing;
  • Create reports with social media analytics to send to clients for regular updates on content performance
  • Executing other ad-hoc tasks provided by superior from time-to-time;
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in related course.
  • Minimum 1 year related experience in Social Media Management, Graphic Design, Leadership Role.
  • Well verse in using Microsoft Words, Excels, Power Points and google related facilities.
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • Clear and concise communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and detail-oriented.
  • Possess a high sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
