JOB SUMMARY
Lead Desince's TikTok Livestream and Video operations. Manage hosts and content creators to achieve sales targets through engaging content, data analysis, and strong team training.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Livestream Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute TikTok Live plans to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Plan show scripts, product storytelling, and engagement tactics for each session.
Monitor livestream performance in real time and take action to improve conversion rates.
2. Team Management & Coaching:
Lead and mentor TikTok hosts and content creators.
Conduct regular training on hosting skills, camera presence, and sales techniques.
3. Content Direction & Production:
Oversee creation of high-performing TikTok videos aligned with brand tone and sales objectives.
Repurpose top live moments into short videos to boost visibility and engagement.
Work with the creative team to maintain consistent visual standards.
4. Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with E-Commerce and Product teams to plan campaigns and product highlights.
Provide management with regular performance reports and improvement plans.
Support management with ad-hoc projects or initiatives to achieve company goals.

Data & Optimization
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rate, engagement rate, and content ROI.
Identify insights and opportunities from performance data to enhance future content strategies.
Apply data-driven improvements to livestream and video planning.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience in TikTok Live or video content management.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
WORKING DAYS & HOURS
6 days a week (alternate Saturdays)
9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Sunday is a rest day
