What we offer?

Summary of the role: ?

As our Live Host, you'll be the on-camera personality and content creator driving our TikTok shop success. Your mission is to host engaging live streams, create scroll-stopping content, and convert viewers into loyal buyers. ?

Key Responsibilities:?

Host at least 5 TikTok Live sessions weekly (minimum 10 hours for Part-Time per week) with product demos, live Q&A, vouchers, and persuasive CTAs. Create daily short videos (teasers, highlights, hooks) to attract new audiences and re-engage fans. Work the mechanics of live selling by set up bundles, flash deals, pin products, and manage promotions. Keey the crowd entertained by answering live comments, running mini games or giveaways, and building a loyal fan community. Collaborate with the marketing to bring campaigns, actors and storylines into your live sessions. Track and improve KPIs (GMV, conversions, CTR, watch time, follower growth) with data-driven insights. Own your stage by prepare lighting, mic, backdrop, and ensure every stream looks professional.
Your professional background: ?

Confident, camera-friendly personality with clear and persuasive communication. 1-3 years' experience in live hosting, e-commers, sales, or content creation (TikTok Shop is a big plus). Strong knowledge of TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts trends and audience hooks. Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, TikTok Seller Center (OBS/Stream is a plus). Languages: Bahasa Malaysia & English. (Mandarin is a strong plus) KPI driven, flexible with evenings and weekends. Bonus if you have experience in TV hosting, retail sales, or direct customer facing roles.
