Position: TikTok Live Host (Retail-Based)

RM2,000 - RM2,500/month

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and social-media-savvy individual to join MommyHana as a TikTok Live Host based at our retail outlet. You will represent the brand by creating engaging live content on TikTok while also assisting in daily retail operations when needed. Your role is key in promoting MommyHana's unique range of products including interactive books, school accessories, audio Islamic devices, educational toys, and children's supplements -- both online through TikTok Live and offline at the outlet.

Main Responsibilities

1. Host regular TikTok Live sessions directly from the outlet to showcase MommyHana products.
2. Explain product features, functions, and benefits in an engaging and persuasive manner.
3. Interact with online viewers: answer questions, encourage purchases, and maintain positive engagement.
4. Use current TikTok trends and content styles to boost visibility and reach.
5. Assist walk-in customers at the outlet with product recommendations and inquiries.
6. Maintain product knowledge across all SKUs (books, toys, backpacks, supplements, etc.).
7. Support in managing visual merchandising and keeping the store tidy and fully stocked.
8. Operate the POS system to assist in handling simple transactions and cashier duties when required.
9. Collaborate with HQ marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
10. Provide customer insights and feedback gathered from both online and offline interactions.
11. Follow health, safety, and in-store security procedures at all times.
12. Perform any other task assigned by the store or marketing team.

Requirements

1. Outgoing and confident personality, comfortable speaking live on camera.
2. Strong interest in children's educational products, Islamic tools, or parenting-related items.
3. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
4. Familiar with TikTok Live features and social media content creation.
5. Able to multitask between content creation and retail support roles.
6. Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
7. Fluent in Malay (English is a bonus).
8. Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
