Operation Manager

to lead and manage daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Plan and schedule livestream sessions for hosts and content creators. Conduct interviews and recruit new TikTok hosts or livestream talents. Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales and engagement targets. Manage administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and operational paperwork. Monitor performance reports, review every hosts' live data and ensure KPIs are met for both hosts and operations. Solve daily issues, handle ad-hoc tasks, and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements

Proficient in

Mandarin, English, and Malay

(spoken & written). Proven experience in

operations, team coordination, or livestream management

is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace). Familiarity with

TikTok Live

or e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage.
