Job Responsibilities:
Host live-streaming sessions on TikTok to showcase and promote products, engage viewers, and drive sales conversions;
Understand brand and product selling points, and present them in an engaging, entertaining, and professional manner;
Interact with viewers in real time, answer questions, and build audience loyalty and retention;
Participate in live content planning, product selection, and script creation;
Analyze live-stream performance data (viewership, sales volume, conversion rate, etc.) to optimize future sessions;
Work closely with the operations, production, editing, and marketing teams to achieve sales targets;
Assist with short video content creation, including pre-live promotions and product videos;
Stay up to date with TikTok platform rules and overseas audience preferences to optimize language, content style, and engagement strategies.
Job Requirements:
Aged 18-30, good appearance and camera presence, fluent in Mandarin or English;
Previous live-streaming or content creation experience on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred;
Excellent communication, presentation, and hosting skills; confident, outgoing, and charismatic personality;
Strong understanding of live commerce rhythm, with solid product recommendation and sales skills;
Able to adapt to overseas time zones or night-shift live sessions;
English can be used as a working language (translation support available if needed);
Familiarity with beauty, fashion, 3C electronics, home goods, or food categories is a plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
