Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in TikTok Live or video content management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
1. Livestream Sales Strategy:

• Develop and execute TikTok Live plans to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Plan show scripts, product storytelling, and engagement tactics for each session.
• Monitor livestream performance in real time and take action to improve conversion rates.

2. Team Management & Coaching:

• Lead and mentor TikTok hosts and content creators.
• Conduct regular training on hosting skills, camera presence, and sales techniques.

3. Content Direction & Production:

• Oversee creation of high-performing TikTok videos aligned with brand tone and sales objectives.
• Repurpose top live moments into short videos to boost visibility and engagement.
• Work with the creative team to maintain consistent visual standards.

4. Collaboration & Reporting

• Collaborate with E-Commerce and Product teams to plan campaigns and product highlights.
• Provide management with regular performance reports and improvement plans.
• Support management with ad-hoc projects or initiatives to achieve company goals.

5. Data & Optimization

• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rate, engagement rate, and content ROI.
• Identify insights and opportunities from performance data to enhance future content strategies.
• Apply data-driven improvements to livestream and video planning.
