Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall operation and sales growth of the TikTok Shop, including product selection, listing, campaign planning, traffic acquisition, and conversion optimization;

Develop store sales targets and operational strategies to improve exposure, click-through rate, conversion rate, and GMV;

Plan and execute short video and live-streaming content for e-commerce, assisting influencer teams with product selection and script planning;

Monitor daily operational data (such as traffic, orders, ROI, ad spend, etc.), analyze performance, and optimize store and advertising results;

Manage TikTok advertising accounts (including Spark Ads, Feed Ads, etc.), conduct precise ad placements and performance tracking;

Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and MCNs to drive promotional partnerships, enhancing store exposure and sales conversions;

Stay updated on platform policies, market trends, and competitor dynamics, and regularly deliver optimization plans and performance reviews;

Coordinate internal resources (design, production, warehouse, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, Advertising, or Media-related fields;

Experience in TikTok e-commerce or overseas social media operations, with good understanding of TikTok's ecosystem and platform rules;

Familiar with TikTok Shop backend and cross-border e-commerce workflows, with knowledge of overseas consumer behavior;

Strong sensitivity to short video trends and live-streaming sales formats, with solid data analysis and ad optimization skills;

Proficient in English (both written and spoken), with excellent communication and coordination skills;

Experience in promoting cross-border products (e.g., 3C, beauty, fashion, home appliances, etc.) is a plus;

Candidates with successful viral product launches or influencer collaboration experience will be given priority.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
