Host live streaming sessions on TikTok and other suitable platforms to present, promote, and sell products.
Engage with viewers in a friendly and interactive manner, responding to questions, comments, and fostering a positive online community.
Assist in creating engaging, creative, and visually appealing content for multiple social media platforms.
Support online customer engagement by responding to inquiries, messages, comments, and feedback through social media, live chat, and other digital channels.
Carry out other duties or ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
