Responsibilities:

Follow the company's rules and regulations at all time in order to uphold the image and high standard of the brand. Greet and engage with the customers on all matters including answering inquiries and explaining about the products and services. Coordinate on the scheduled sales and promotional activity with the team to ensure sales target and purchase budget achieved. Assist on the telemarketing including cold calling from customer data base to maintain good relationship with the regular customer. Maintain new merchandise record into stock card as and when required. Receive transfer in stocks and assist with monthly stock take. Ensure all requirements of cutting and servicing item from customers are in order and approved by superior.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent. Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in the watch retail industry or a similar field. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Solid understanding of retail management, sales, marketing, and customer service. Proficient in both verbal and written English and Malay. Ability to speak additional languages is an added advantage. Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic, with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. Strong team player with good interpersonal skills. Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays (retail hours). Open to Malaysian citizens only.
