Job Summary To assist Engineer in managing tire services and facilitating waste management from engineering waste generators area (Quay Crane (QC)/ Rubber Tyre Gantry (RTG)/ Mobile Equipment (ME)/ Spreader/ Vendor) to the waste collection premise own by HSSE. Responsible in monitoring & optimizing the operation of tire services for Rubber Tyre Gantry (RTG) & Mobile Equipment (ME). Responsible to provide the correct tire service facilities & procedure, improve the life span of tire & increase reliability of equipment. Responsible in overseeing activities by ME & RTG tire service contractor. To ensure HSE compliance of Tire service contractor. Responsible in housekeeping and tire segregation at Tire service Bay. Conduct process confirmation on activities related to tire services. Responsible in managing, updating, maintain and monitor Tire disposal verification logbook Recondition Form for tire patching Tire disposal logbook Tires recon form record Tire database Filing of Tire Checklist Updated Tire database record. Tire checklist documentation. Support Engineer for Tire & Waste management new project/ tasks from time to time Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma or technical certificate or related professional qualifications in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or its equivalent At least 1 - 3 years hands-on experience in industrial maintenance operations. Have a basic supervisory skills. Able to prioritise on unexpected situations. Ability to work in team and good in problem solving skills. Candidate must be computer literate and able to perform basic tasks on the computer. Candidate must have a basic Communication (Verbal and written) and basic decision making skills.
