Description


Primary Objective:
The purpose of the MI & Reporting team member is to effectively support the MI & Reporting manager to generate, analyze and present information for key operational and business activities in order to deliver insightful analysis and reporting to support AML Operation Unit Managers and Senior Management including GMC and Board Committees. Importantly, this role must ensure that these functions are carried out in line with controlled policies, procedures, legislative and regulatory requirements while providing exceptional customer service and minimizing risk.

Team Development

Reporting & Analysis

• Support in designing and delivery of systems, processes and dashboards for the streamlined production and analysis of quality management information to support management decision making
• Provide robust, reliable business reporting and analysis in a user friendly format which meets the needs of management, operational/business leaders and their teams
• Ensure high quality reporting is delivered timely.
• Validate data and conduct thorough data analysis to identify and communicate to AML Operation Leader(s) opportunities, threats and best practice in order to drive continuous performance improvement. Deliver insightful analysis and reporting to support Senior Management in closely monitoring performance.
• Preparation of presentations and business analysis reports; to internal and regulatory bodies.
• Understand and be able to explain clearly how data is created, its relevance and significance as well as an assessment of data to produce findings/ recommendations

Portfolio Strategy Support

• Support AML Ops Unit in providing various data analytics and reporting input that may be required to track BU performance.
• Explore and recommend for area for improvement on operation model, process workflow and cost efficiency.

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Degree in a related field (i.e Business Administration, Acturial Science, Data Science/Analytics, Accounting etc).

• Experienced in preparing Management Information Reporting (desirable) or with good analytical skills; or

At least 2 years working in Financial Institution related industry or 3 years working experience.

• Previous experience of producing and analysing a wide range of management information in a fast paced environment; or
• Previous experience in preparing management information report; or
• Previous experience within financial services and exposure to analytical functions.
