Description Primary Objective: * Maximizing collection effort to meet the productivity and efficiency in collection. * Organize and prioritize assigned loans to cure accounts. * Maximize cure rate and manage flow rates of defaulted loans. Maximize cure rate and manage flow rates of defaulted loans. Carry out task and strategy implemented by Department from time to time to achieve the collection target. Key Responsibilities: Reconstruct loan computation for mature and none mature delinquent loans for loan repayment plans and settlement Perform a thorough review of loan's servicing history Establish contact to customers through telephone and email Must be able to negotiate payment plans on the phone or face to face Examining the repayment ability for retail customers Arranging meetings with customers for the purpose of finding viable repayment solutions Prepare proposals for repayment plans and settlements Prepare agreement letters for customers and ensuring compliance with procedures Daily monitoring and communication with customers for follow up of agreed repayment Handle difficulty customer tactfully, if unable to handle then escalate to next level immediately Managing customer proposal outcome and ensuring the correct input of information on collection system To maximize collection effort and work as a team in achieving the monthly delinquency target and minimize the delinquency ratio. Escalate to Team Leader for any suspicious activities in customer's account for further investigation. To meet monthly KPIs targets set by Department Make sure strict adherence to all credit policies & procedures, BNM guidelines, compliance & etc. Offer Risk Mitigation Plan (R&R/ Interest rate/ AKPK/ EPF/ Settlement) to eligible customer. Raise instructions and follow up on legal status with Litigation team and Auction team. Practice and display exemplary service excellence at all times. Any other assignments given by the management from time to time as the Bank may deem fit Requirements Requirements: Diploma - . Degree . Diploma.
