About the role
Reporting to the Business Intelligence Lead, the TMS Data Analytics & Business Insights Manager is responsible for managing our sales and activities data/reporting providing the right technology and delivering advanced analytics to support our performance and transformation, fostering a data driven culture and enabling the organization to hard-wire analytics into business insights and decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate data from various data sources (SQL Server, Master Data Maintenance system, etc), integrate data and extract data into analytic tools such as Power BI, Qliksense & others
• Work closely & cross-functionally with ITS and SBS analysts to innovate on and optimize state-of-the-art visualization of large-scale data, metrics and analytics.
• Collaborate and align with technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide world-class analytic visualizations and business insights while ensuring data quality and integrity
• Maintain an awareness of current research and innovations in the field of data visualization
• Act as trusted advisor and partner to business leads - assisting in the identification of business needs & data opportunities, understanding key drivers of performance, crafting of business cases, turning data into business value, and guiding of the overall analytics strategy
• Promote use of data by providing meaning to data-interpreting and presenting complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner (storytelling with data), applying business knowledge to provide meaningful context for data, turning data into insights and action
• Provide self-service ad hoc analysis capabilities to further understanding of customer behavior, sales and market trends, pricing and marketing optimization.

On-Going Data Management:

• Ensure on-going data quality, accuracy and timeliness across all reporting and analytics tools
• Manage on-going data integration, data mastering and reporting
• Setup and constantly evolve the data quality management framework
• Continuously improve operation speed, quality and automation
• Ensure that data is consistent, of high quality and easily accessible to other platforms and teams through various forms of interfaces

About you

• Post-graduate Bachelor/ Master Degree in quantitative field (Data Engineer/ Data Specialist, Statistician, Business Analytics, etc.)
• 3 to 5 years of commercial data management work experience or with experiences in Pharma industry or consulting agency
• Hands on experience in handling and analyzing commercial internal and external data types (sales data, CRM data, customer engagement data, market data such as IQVIA data, Cegedim, CRM data (Veeva, SF.com etc.), Sales Force efficiency data, data related to omni channel/ digital marketing, promotional activities or financial data
• Hands on experiences with collecting, integrating, reporting and analysis of Digital Marketing metrics.
• Experience with the mastering of sales related product and customer data.
• Knowledge/ experience in Python, and/or SQL. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as demonstrable in oral management presentations, succinct PowerPoint stories and layout, as well as structured syntheses and recommendations
