Requirements

• Possess Early Childhood Education qualification (Diploma / Degree) - prioritized.
• Holders of PERMATA / KAAP Certification are highly encouraged.
• Passionate about working with toddlers and nurturing early childhood development.
• Patient, caring, warm, and able to communicate positively with young children.
• Able to create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to manage classroom routines.
• Willing to learn and participate in training or professional development.

Responsibilities

• Care for toddlers' daily needs including hygiene, meals, nap routines, and emotional comfort.
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities (play-based learning).
• Monitor and support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Foster positive behavior and encourage independence through gentle guidance.
• Communicate with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental needs.
• Prepare teaching materials, learning tools, and weekly activity plans.
• Participate in school events, teacher meetings, and training sessions.
• Ensure all safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
