Job Description

ACE Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced TOEFL tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching English and helping students achieve their best scores on the TOEFL exam. This position offers flexibility, with opportunities to teach at our center, online, or through home tuition.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver engaging TOEFL test preparation lessons tailored to students' needs. Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to create personalized study plans. Provide constructive feedback and strategies to improve students' test-taking skills. Track and report students' progress regularly. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TOEFL exam formats and updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in teaching TOEFL or other standardized tests (minimum 2 years). Strong understanding of TOEFL exam content, structure, and scoring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable with both in-person and online teaching platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in curriculum development for test preparation courses. Familiarity with various teaching tools and online platforms. Ability to tutor students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.
