1. Supervise workers by delegating task among workers, guide worker to follow SOP in daily task.
2. Ensure proper operating of equipment and the availability of adequate construction materials, equipment, and tools at production floor.
3. Conduct toolbox briefing daily basis.
4. Ensure a safe and clean working environment by implementing housekeeping.
Requirements:
1. A Diploma/Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering , or related field.
2. 1-3 years of experiences in Precast concrete production or similar manufacturing environment.
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
