Role Overview:As the Operations Manager for Road Charge, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and effective operation of road charge stations. This role encompasses overseeing administrative functions, managing operations, and ensuring compliance with set policies and procedures. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational systems, leading a team, and maintaining stable processes for road charge collection and reporting.Key Responsibilities:1\xe3\x80\x81Oversee and manage all aspects of the road charge station operations, including planning, organizing, and directing activities to ensure smooth functioning.2\xe3\x80\x81Manage departmental administrative approvals, P&L planning, and the review and updating of essential documents.3\xe3\x80\x81Ensure the effective management of key functions, including Road Charge Collection Services, Equipment Maintenance, and Management Information Systems.4\xe3\x80\x81Maintain stable and uninterrupted road charge operations, ensuring compliance with all procedures related to the collection and reporting of road charges.5\xe3\x80\x81Oversee the daily management and operational processes of the road charge system, ensuring data accuracy, reconciliation, and timely reporting.6\xe3\x80\x81Analyze traffic data and revenue reports to support management decision-making and to identify opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency and cost optimization.7\xe3\x80\x81Ensure all operations adhere to policies, procedures, and legal requirements, ensuring compliance at all times.8\xe3\x80\x81Lead efforts to improve operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows.9\xe3\x80\x81Take on additional tasks as assigned by senior management or immediate supervisors when required.Qualifications and Skills:1\xe3\x80\x81A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in IT/Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.2\xe3\x80\x81At least 5 years of experience managing road charge operations or similar environments.3\xe3\x80\x81Strong knowledge of the entire road charge operations life cycle.4\xe3\x80\x81Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.5\xe3\x80\x81Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.6\xe3\x80\x81Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and make quality decisions.7\xe3\x80\x81Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and diplomatic skills.8\xe3\x80\x81Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail.
