Job Description

Responsibility & Duties: \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure tool crib tool, equipment and assets managed accordingly as per company policies and supervised by superior. \xe2\x97\x8f Control the loan process of tool and equipment with appropriate documentation record and physical serviceability of the item. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain the physical good condition of tool/equipment, proper documentation record and conducive working environment of tool crib. \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible to ensure tool and equipment returned operation personnel is in serviceable, clean, properly secured and calibrated. \xe2\x97\x8f Lodge report to superior for any misconduct and abuse of operation personnel which cause tool, equipment and any assets under tool crib responsibilities damaged, missing or false record. \xe2\x97\x8f Key in and update with regards to tool crib tool and equipment. \xe2\x97\x8f To maintain inventory and proper record of the tool and equipment. \xe2\x97\x8f To ensure workflow carried out accordingly as per requirement of Tool crib standard operating procedures and tool, storage and control procedures. \xe2\x97\x8f Quick respond on any email or communication medium either from supervisor or other departments with regards to tooling and equipment related issues. \xe2\x97\x8f To monitor Line Maintenance personnel on issuing wheels, brakes, hydraulic fluid, engine oil distribution and chemicals. \xe2\x97\x8f To ensure proper handover between incoming and outgoing shift through written communication. \xe2\x97\x8f Familiar and committed in all systems update including company\xe2\x80\x99s official Google Drive or any applicable data storage. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
