A Snapshot of Your Day As the Tool Depot Warehouse Executive you will be a part of the team responsible for coordinating global warehouse footprint activities and provide support with warehouse consolidation, optimization and outsourcing. The team is responsible for the category management and support contracting, supplier development and optimization initiatives. How You\xe2\x80\x99ll Make an Impact

• Monitoring and guiding assigned Siemens Energy Tool Depots Warehouse 3rd party contractors incl. determining priorities of tasks, actions, and scheduled measures in accordance with management tasks provided, outage workload, Siemens Energy Business Conduct Guidelines, and processes.
• Maintain a consistent stock level as per TCTP min Stock
• Issue purchase requisitions based on TCTP min-stock level, and special requirements from Tool Maintenance team in accordance with internal guidelines and processes.
• Perform goods receiving incl. but not limited to labeling, conservation, and storage
• Invoice tracking, follow up and expediting of on-time payments to suppliers and contractors
• Invoicing, follow-up and tracking of rental space orders and other services to respective departments, business units or external partners
• Resume role of Tool Depot ERP-system (TCTP) administrator (local)
• Process logistics of tooling re-certification, re-calibration, and repairs (shipping, follow-up, receiving)
• Manage the maintenance and improvement initiatives and activities of Tool Depot facility via 3rd party contract
• Administration, tracking and renewal/application of required operating licenses for Tool Depot facility and installed equipment
• Adhere to relevant processes and regulations in Siemens Energy and the respective workplace as assigned by management.

What You Bring

• Min. vocationally trained or SPM
• Detailed knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel)
• Working experience with Siemens Energy\xe2\x80\x99s TCTP-system or other comparable ERP-system/database for tools and consumable management is a benefit
• Proficient in English (spoken and written), Bahasa Malay and other language skill are beneficial
• OGSP or CIDB certified
• Independent, pro-active, result-oriented personality able to control and execute a multitude of complex and overlapping tasks
