Coordinate new project and tool transfer activities, including preparation of project files, recording tool condition, and maintaining all related documentation (TTNF, Tool History, Parameters, Last Shot Samples, Mold Master List).
Conduct and oversee new mold inspections with tooling supervisor/technician, capturing tool condition before and after cleaning, and prepare inspection reports for Customer and internal use.
Monitor and update daily mold repair status; coordinate urgent repairs, ensure defect samples accompany Mold Repair Requisitions, and prepare TRRs for Customer review.
Plan and manage 50K/yearly mold preventive maintenance schedules, coordinating with Production, Tooling, and Planner to ensure timely service and documentation (service forms, production setup, first piece forms).
Liaise with HOD, Production, and Customer to resolve tooling issues, follow up on breakdowns, and ensure corrective actions and retesting are completed before mass production.
Maintain and update tooling master lists, preventive maintenance records, and project files; ensure all documents are filed and readily accessible for internal and Customer reference.
Provide technical support for mold setup, tool testing, and process optimization; communicate effectively with internal teams and Customers, ensuring tooling readiness and compliance with specifications.
Minimum 1 year experience in plastic injection mould tool design, development, and implementation.
Mechanical/Technical Diploma or Degree, or equivalent experience in injection mould tooling.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Strong clerical and organizational skills (Trial Reporting, Problem Follow-Up Reporting, Project Workbook).
Able to read and understand technical drawings and analyze CAD models (with training as appropriate).6Able to follow Company processes and procedures.
Able to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
Strong statistical and reporting skills; able to analyze and interpret data.
Excellent attention to detail.
Results-oriented; able to prioritize workload to meet project deadlines.

Ensure all tooling is in good condition for production.
Ensure tooling preventive maintenance is performed according to schedule.
Record and highlight all tooling breakdowns to Customer if necessary.
Working Condition :-
Work primarily in a manufacturing and engineering environment with exposure to machinery, tools, and workshop areas.
May require extended hours or overtime to meet project deadlines.
Adherence to company safety, ISO, and standard operating procedures mandatory.

Timely completion of new mold inspections and project tool transfer reports.
Accuracy and completeness of mold repair status and preventive maintenance updates.
Percentage of molds serviced or repaired according to schedule (50K/yearly service).
Reduction in tooling-related production downtime due to breakdowns or unready molds.
Customer acknowledgment of tool inspection, TRR, and mold service reports within required timelines.
Proper documentation filing and record-keeping compliance for all tooling activities.
