INTERNSHIP SUMMARY

Fabrication/fitting new mould inserts or repairing mould as per mould design drawing.

KEY AREAS

1. Repairing mould inserts
2. Fitting new mould
3. Mold service.

You will gain hands-on experience to operating tooling machinery You will exposed to the assemble & disassemble of moulds for both setups and repair work You will perform mould servicing as required You will learn and apply 5S principle to maintain organization and efficiency in tooling area.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

SPMV/TVET/Diploma in relevant course required.

COMPETENCY

Basic knowledge in mould fabrication techniques (miling, grinding, lathe work, wire cut and use of measuring instruments).
