Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To direct the formulation of tooling strategies, policies and plans
- To plan, administer and review tooling and technical operation
- To direct and supervise engineers and technicians as well as coordinate the tooling activities
- To provide communication effectively to ensure the right performance of tooling staff
- To promote innovation, optimize resources, recognize growth opportunities, develop vision, implement strategy and manage change
- To be responsible for own safety, the safety of colleagues and company property and adhere to the company\'s safety and health policy
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field
- Specialized knowledge of Engineering discipline applied to product-related
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently, strong teamwork and proven leadership skills
- Build positive working relationships with internal and external customers
