Job Description

:

Assist in the preparation, issuance, and return of tools required for machining and production processes. Perform basic inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of tools to ensure they are in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of tool inventory, usage, and tool life tracking. Support the setup of tools for CNC machines and other equipment as per production requirements. Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of tools. Organize and maintain the tooling storage area in accordance with 5S and safety standards. Assist in identifying worn or damaged tools and performing replacement or rework. Participate in continuous improvement activities related to tooling efficiency and organization.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent in any field

Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of machining tools and equipment (e.g., cutters, inserts, holders, gauges). Good organizational and record-keeping skills. Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures. Physically fit and able to handle tools and equipment safely. Experience in precision engineering or CNC machining environment would be added advantage Basic knowledge how to use computer.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
