Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities:-

1. Manage all Tooling documentation and records.

2. Keep and maintain accurate inventory records in monthly basic.

3. Carryout manual tool changes on all manufacturing tools in line according to production scheduling and needed.

4. Perform preventative maintenance on tool assemblies.

5. Work with engineers, maintenance and machinist to troubleshoot tooling problems.

6. Follow WI, tooling setup sheet and tool life control list all time.

7. Perform visual inspection of tools, report and quarantine any noncompliant items and all new arrived tooling.

8. Safely utilize material handling equipment and techniques.

9. Solve technical issue and execution.

10. To have commitment on estimate hours and lead time when required.

11. Responsible for arranging and completing all assigned job in time.

12. To control the highest quality of products produced.

13. To ensure the working surrounding is kept clean and safe.

14. To maintain cleanliness of the machine.

15. To follow Work Instruction accordingly.

16. All others responsibilities assigned by Supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

1. SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering.

2. Knowledge and experience on CAM software.

3. At least 1 year working experience in similar capacity and similar industry.

4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

5. Able to understand mechanical drawing.

6. Knowledge and experience to operate machine such as milling, lathe, grinding, CNC milling, CNC turning, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,077.66 per month
