Job Description
JOB TITLE : TOOLING TECHNICIAN ( JOHOR BAHRU )JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Operates various types of machine equipment (manual) to complete assignment as required
- Adhere to all safety and health objectives, policies
- To meet and maintain all customer quality standards the standards
- Clean all assigned work areas after completion of the required work, return all tools to proper storage area at the end of the shift
- Report any malfunctioning equipment to the superior
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior
- Must demonstrate the ability to use required hand tools for the Mold Department and have all tools and equipment required to perform work
- Maintain/reduce Mould and Trimming Die down time.
- Record down all down time (servicing and repair mould/Trimming Die)
- Candidate must possess at least S.P.M, Professional Certificate, Diploma,
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
- Understanding and knowledge of the tooling (Mould/Trimming Die)
- Skills in trouble shooting technical problems related to Mould/Trimming Die
- Strong technical knowledge about Mould & Trimming Die
- Able to anticipate problems and resolve them within guidelines
- Able to work in shift
- Able to operate Milling, Grinding and lathe machine
- Able to do Argon welding is advantage
- Troubleshooting Skill
- Good emergency response
- Good teamwork
