Job Description
- Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English as this candidate will be engaging with customer
- A demonstrable interest in travel
- Minimum SPM or Diploma or equivalent
- Having skills in operating, organising tasks in a scientific way and skills to handle situations quickly
- Ability to work independently and in team coordination
- Having skills in marketing and sales, persuasion and negotiation
- Deal and maintain good relationships with agents/suppliers
- Reservations on all confirm bookings by the deadline
- Negotiate and coordinate with oversea tour operator
- To provide customers and partners on suitable products and destination knowledge
- Assist in planning itinerary, costings and other day-to-day activities.
