Requirements
?Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or any related field.
?2 years and above experience are preferable.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in tour operations is an advantage.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages like Mandarin will be added as advantage.
??Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
??Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
??Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate outbound travel packages.
Manage series group ticket reservations.
??Oversee the process of booking plane tickets and accommodations (hotels/resorts)
??Opportunity to lead as a tour leader during trips.
??Conduct Tour Briefing with Tour Leader before departure.
Liase with Finance for the payment.
??Prepare and submit monthly operation reports.
