Tour Operation Support
Job Description
Good in creativity, fast-paced, detail-oriented and capability for multi-tasking.
Ability to work independently
Deliver excellent operations support and managed the needs of our customers
Professionally handle high volume of inquiries
Recommend improvements on tour operation post tours via feedback from tour manager
Continuously identify work process improvements and provide feedbacks
Constantly communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager.
Communicate courteously with customers
Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required.
Must always demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality ( customer informations & company\'s oepration informations )
Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, pricing/invoice queries etc.
Accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and company OKR
Prepare training materials & SOPs for juniors & interns
