Tanggungjawab
  • Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on clients\' preferences and budget, ensuring an exceptional travel experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support before, during, and after clients\' trips.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
