Handle airlines reservation and ticketing
Handle enquiries and reservation, including hotel accommodation, all ground arrangement and other related tasks
Answer incoming calls including email and chat in a timely manner
Maintain good relationship with clients and suppliers
Perform related duties as required
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management
Minimum 1 year related working experience
Knowledge of flight reservation system is an advantage(GDS, Amadeus,Sabre)
Computer literate in MS Office applications
Proficient in both written and spoken English will be added advantage
Good initiative, hardworking, committed and able to multi-task
Must be willing to work in Saturday(rotation)
The salary for this position is negotiable and will be based on the candidate's work experience and skills.*
