Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell travel packages through various channels (social media, WhatsApp, client visits, exhibitions). Manage potential customers and follow up on sales negotiations. Prepare quotations and invoices for clients. Achieve the designated sales targets. Arrange travel itineraries according to clients' needs and budgets, including suggested destinations, activities and schedules. Prepare accommodation and booking lists such as hotels, flights, transportation, meals, tour guides and entrance fees. Build relationships with local and international suppliers. Manage participants' needs before, during, and after the trip. Conduct live streaming activities through social media platforms to promote travel packages.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Certificate in Travel & Tour Operations or Tourism Marketing is an advantage. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in tourism, travel agency or sales-related fields. Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written). Good command of English and Malay (additional languages are an advantage). Customer-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
