Role Summary: Assist the Averis Shared Services Head by directing and leading the Finance & Accounting team in implementing F&A policies, procedures and practices in order to ensure legal compliance and meet the finance and accounting standard of RGE Group.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the RGE Common Services Centre Finance & Accounting team.\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the planning, implementation, transition, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Finance & Accounting portfolio.\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage continuous improvement initiatives and updates to the regional process.\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with all accounts receivable policy and processes.\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage transition activities related to Finance & Accounting work from RGE Business Groups to RGE CSC.\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and build relationship with key stakeholders in Finance & Accounting team in RGE Business Groups\xe2\x80\xa2 Develop a work culture that fosters service excellence and customer focus.\xe2\x80\xa2 Sponsor and ensure that the process teams operate within the service delivery framework.\xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain productive and cooperative relationships within RGE Group.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:\xe2\x80\xa2 A degree in the related job field.\xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.\xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to relocate to the job location.
