• Education background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in design, digital media, animation, or related fields
• Work experience: More than 1 year of experience in IP design or related work
• Skill requirements: Proficient in mainstream design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator, with artistic and creative thinking on and good aesthetic ability, able to independently complete design schemes
• Creative ability: Possess strong creative ability and keen market insight, able to quickly grasp customer needs
• Have good communication and coordination skills, as well as teamwork spirit
• Serious and responsible in work, with strong sense of responsibility.

• Visual design and 3D modeling of IP image.
• Participate in the IP design and helping other designers in completing the 3D part of the work.
• Responsible for the production of IP trendy toys, including a series of processes from coordinating with factories, determining processes, sampling and final products.
• Ability to communicate effectively with manufacturers.
