Assist with basic IT support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Support the setup, configuration, and routine maintenance of computers, printers, and other peripherals.
Help monitor and report on issues related to internet connectivity and internal IT systems.
Provide support in documenting IT processes and maintaining inventory records.
Perform any ad hoc tasks or assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and common software applications.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tasks.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment.
