Job Description

Manage inventory control and storage activities, including service parts ordering, stock planning, and replenishment. Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports for management review. Oversee the receiving, checking, and proper storage of incoming parts. Ensure accuracy and integrity of all inventory records. Process daily parts orders efficiently to support workshop operations. Maintain proper documentation and an organized filing system for all parts-related records. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards are consistently met in the parts storage area. Provide timely updates to Service Advisors on the status and availability of ordered parts.

Job Requirements:



Minimum academic qualification: SPM or equivalent. Relevant experience in handling automotive parts or working as a Parts Controller is an added advantage. Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Computer literate, with proficiency in office and inventory management applications. High level of integrity and responsibility in managing inventory and stock. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Willing to work in
