Job Description

:

• Support day-to-day activities related to partner onboarding.
• Work closely with partners and internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk & Compliance, Product, Operations) to address queries and complete the onboarding process.
• Assist in monitoring weekly merchant onboarding numbers to ensure each partner is making consistent progress.
• Support reporting and data analysis to track enablement performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with partners and the regional fraud team to submit the SPL whitelisting merchant list on a weekly basis.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Good business development, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Self driven and independently motivated.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and ability to form insightful judgments based on situations.
