Job Description

Responsible to support Tracing Coordinator & Engineer in completing internal & external report or document. Assist Quality check drawing ZigZag and video zigzag standard TNB request Hand out drawing zigzag and video zigzag to clients. Inform if there is any deficiency in information for cable utility that is in the ZigZag drawing. Follow up with team to ensure they submit the drawing to the client on time. Assist Record monthly progress for Tracing Department Project Tracker Assist Check all document checklist for Horizontal Directional Drill Works. Assist Transfer processed gyro data by team to final output - Frame Autocadd, Google Earth,Graph X,Y,Z, Excel data to PDF. Burn CD/Softcopy Gyro data for submission to client. Print out and filling Gyro data hardcopy fo submission to client. Prepare backup Gyro data for complete project and share to group. Perform all relevant procedures & practices as defined in the quality system are implemented. To assist department to carry out data analysis of objectives achievement. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time. Assist develop and maintain an effective control system of filing, recording, communication and correspondences. Assist to responsible for prepare and checked document as per ISO requirement. To prepare weekly report and submit to Division Manager. Responsible to attend training courses conducted by department and company.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
