Sales/Farming role

• Support the team in effectively selling TF&L products, build pipeline and manage client relationship
• Identifying potential leads and cross & up sell opportunities in order to maximize revenue
• Actively contact adopted client to maximize level of credit line utilization.
• Regularly contact client on Export LC confirmation and discounting opportunity including working with TFFI sales on credit limit request via TFLM system including Distribution team if required

Client Service Role Profile

• Client service Manager for clients on day-to-day trade related activities

• Servicing clients;
  • Advising Trade clients and setting up of non-standardized Trade transactions (e.g. Wording for Guarantees)
  • Acts as client\xe2\x80\x99s advisor on subject/rules related documentary trade and bank guarantee
  • Answering all kinds of product related questions before product is issued
  • Discuss workability issues which need to be discussed with the client
  • Create legal documentation and agree with clients (based on standard templates from Legal)
  • Check and improve transaction application, documents discrepancies as provided by TFO
  • Limit checks
• Transaction Monitoring, ensuring transactions are a good fit for the client
• Discussion with Business Partners on trade finance related matter (TF Operations, CRM, Legal, Compliance etc)
• Enquiry and client complaint management
• Escalation Management
• Trade Platform Implementations & Services (Including Supplier On boarding)
• Comply with Internal & Regulatory Risk and Control Guidelines
• Manage all local Internal and External Audits & Regulatory Reporting\'s
• Drive continuous improvement activities for area of accountability leading to operational efficiencies\xe2\x80\x99
• Actively involved in TF&L related projects as may be assigned from time to time

Requirement/Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Economy or related field is preferred
• Proven sales experience
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
