Job Description

Responsibilities:

? Coordinate closely with IKA PIC for track/monitor progress of campaigns. to ensure

brand building strategies, product assessment to achieve awareness and gain share of

market.

? Maintain and develop good professional relationship with trade customers.

? Plan, coordinate and implement marketing / trade events / promotions / trade offer

for IKA, LKA and other customer for the year.

? Manage the trade marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of

resources and maximizing return on investment.

? Analyse market and consumer data to generate actionable insights and strategic

recommendations.

? Evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions, providing post-mortem analysis and

recommendations for improvement.

? Conduct periodic survey on distribution, placement, pricing and competitor's activities

via monthly stock check or retail audit.

? Highlight and sharing promotional trends, initiatives and competitor actions by

Category, Sub Category, priority channels and strategic customers.

? Developing and building out reporting (store audit) and other analytical data / market

intelligence / trade info (market research and competitor analysis) to assist

management in making a better decisions and strategizing programs for business

growth.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business studies, Marketing or relevant discipline.

- Minimum 5 year(s) of relevant working experience, Good understanding of FMCG dynamic

in Malaysia retail environment

- Able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes

- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint

- Planning and organizing, prior experience in managing changes

- Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects at same time

- Good communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin

- Possess own transport and willing to travel nationwide if required

- 5 working days per week and willing to work at Sungai Petani or Kuala Lumpur

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
