Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with marketing analytics tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Coordinator to support our trade marketing and sales teams in driving brand visibility and sales growth through strategic trade marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing strategies to support sales objectives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns across various retail channels.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including POS displays, promotional kits, and in-store branding.
• Support in the planning and execution of product launches and trade events.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing reports and insights to optimize future initiatives.
