About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

Trade Marketing Executive (Entry-Junior Level)

to strengthen our brand presence across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels. In this role, you'll support the planning, execution, and evaluation of trade marketing activities that drive visibility, engagement, and sales for our trusted Malaysian brands.

This position is perfect for fresh graduates or junior talents eager to kick-start their career in the FMCG industry, gain hands-on exposure to trade activations, and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to bring brand strategies to life.

What You'll Do

Assist in planning and executing trade marketing initiatives (roadshows, in-store promotions, sampling activities, merchandising). Collaborate with the Sales team to roll out marketing plans across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels. Monitor, track, and report on the performance and effectiveness of trade marketing programs. Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including vendor coordination, documentation, and preparing marketing materials. Assist in developing trade marketing tools, POS materials, and other promotional assets. Support on-ground setups, event preparations, and store checks when required.

What We're Looking For

Diploma / Foundation / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields. Basic knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel, Words for preparation of report. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Creative with the ability to turn ideas into impactful marketing materials.

Possess a valid driving license and preferably own transport

, as the role involves some travelling for trade setups, store visits, and event activations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
