Key Responsibilities

Promotion & Premium Planning: Develop annual trade promotion calendar with attractive offers, bundles, and premium gifts. Trade Execution: Oversee POSM and ensure branding is consistent in all outlets. Monitor promotion rollouts across events, pet shops, modern trade, and e-commerce platforms. Retail Activation: collaborate with retail partners to design and implement in-store promotions, product display, and point-of-sale materials that enhance shopper experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and execution. Budget Management: Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing return on investment. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of event-related materials and services.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years in trade marketing, event management, or related roles, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as needed. Possession of a valid driver's license and own transport is preferred. High ownership mindset: results-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive.
