This role will manage Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities, ensuring alignment with group strategy and direction. The incumbent will also perform sales and market analysis, manage inventory, and work closely with the sales team to drive effective campaign execution. Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders will be essential to ensure smooth business operations and successful market performance.Marketing Strategy & Execution:\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement local marketing plans in alignment with the group\'s strategic direction.\xc2\xb7 Plan and execute BTL activities, such as trade promotions, in-store events, and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) deployment to drive customer engagement.Campaign Management:\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the sales team to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to achieve business targets.\xc2\xb7 Ensure timely execution of campaigns, measure effectiveness, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.Sales & Market Analysis:\xc2\xb7 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.\xc2\xb7 Analyze sales data to evaluate campaign impact and provide actionable insights for optimizing future activities.Inventory & Stock Management:\xc2\xb7 Oversee inventory levels to ensure product availability for campaigns and promotions.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the supply chain and sales teams to optimize stock management and reduce excess inventory.Stakeholder Management:\xc2\xb7 Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including sales, operations, finance, and supply chain, to support smooth execution of marketing and sales strategies.\xc2\xb7 Act as a bridge between the marketing department and other business units to ensure alignment of objectives.Budget Management:\xc2\xb7 Plan and manage the marketing budget for BTL activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business goals.\xc2\xb7 Track expenses and ROI for all marketing initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.Brand Building & Compliance:\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines and comply with local regulatory requirements.\xc2\xb7 Uphold the company\'s brand image and maintain a consistent presence in the market.Reporting & Performance Evaluation:\xc2\xb7 Prepare regular performance reports on marketing activities, sales impact, and market trends.\xc2\xb7 Present findings and recommendations to senior management to guide strategic decisions.Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 8 years of experience in a marketing role, with exposure to planning & executing BTL activities.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.\xc2\xb7 Experience in personal care / skincare category is a plus.Benefits:\xc2\xb7 Monday- Friday (8am-5pm)\xc2\xb7 Fixed RM100 HP allowance\xc2\xb7 Medical insurance coverage for inpatient, outpatient, and specialists extended to family members\xc2\xb7 28 days of Sick Leave\xc2\xb7 17 days of Annual Leave\xc2\xb7 Performance bonus based on individual and company performance\xc2\xb7 Follows Malaysian Public Holidays & moreSub Specialization : Marketing;Trade Marketing
