Job Description


Seeking a highly motivated and strategic Trade Marketing Manager to oversee operations in Sabah. This role entails the development and execution of targeted trade marketing strategies, channel optimization initiatives, and driving sustained sales growth within the region.

  • Develop and execute trade marketing programs, translating marketing and retail strategies into actionable omnichannel customer programs.
  • Gather market intelligence and shopper insights to develop impactful shopper engagement programs, including promotions, merchandising, displays, sampling, and new product distribution.
  • Execute shopper engagement programs and manage in-store activities, including promotions, merchandising, and display initiatives, to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of trade campaigns, including volume, sales, market shares, distribution, and financial KPIs, adjusting strategies based on findings and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure effective execution of retail and customer programs, aligning efforts to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors, ensuring seamless program execution and sustained partnerships.
  • Track budget and ROI for trade marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
Lead trade marketing, translating strategies into impactful shopper engagement.Gain exposure with a global leader while driving growth in key FMCG market.
  • Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management (candidates with omnichannel experience are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Strong understanding of financial insights to recommend initiatives, achieve financial objectives, and assess business impact.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Proficient in Google Suite with skills in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides as an added advantage.
