Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement trade marketing and purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
to maintain optimal stock levels.
Use data analytics to forecast sales trends and improve stock accuracy.
Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify category growth opportunities.
Plan categories using
planograms
(Nielsen Spaceman) supported by sales data.
Identify and develop new sales channels.
Lead merchandising guidelines and POSM
development to ensure retail excellence.
Support execution of in-store and channel-specific promotions.
Monitor and analyze sales and campaign effectiveness; provide insights to management.
Develop training materials for internal and distributor sales staff.
Align marketing and sales strategies
to drive demand and optimize stock ordering.
Collaborate with finance, logistics, suppliers, and service providers for smooth operations.
Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure effective investment.
Identify cost-saving opportunities; negotiate supplier pricing and review performance.
Lead, coach, and manage Trade Marketing and Purchasing teams across disciplines.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's/professional degree in Business Management, Administration, or related field.
5+ years trade marketing experience in FMCG (beauty/cosmetics, F&B, Personal Care) ; 3+ years managerial experience.
Proficient in English & Mandarin; other languages advantageous.
Skilled in MS Office, Excel, and related tools.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Self-starter, organized, able to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
Creative with commercial awareness in
beauty, cosmetics, F&B and personal care
industries.

Pay: RM100,000.00 - RM120,000.00 per year
