Planning and execution of Sell In, Sell Through & Sell Out programs (e.g. consume promotion, premiums/ prizes to consumer, TPP program, Branded trip challenge and communication to Sales, Trade & Consumer)- Build retail traffic & drive GY productivity with continuity & sell-out programs both in term of across retail network and customized by store. Track & monitor retail productivity. Recommend way forward.
- Program monitoring, tracking and analyst. Frequent update to key stakeholders on progress, result and area of improvement. Competitors program tracking and monitoring.
- Programs for new dealer/ channel start-up & calendar for post-launch activities. This includes coordination with Key account plans & execution
- E-Commerce roll out & execution. Work with key stakeholders & workstream owner to develop the e commerce strategy, key processes & trade communication. Working with agency on operational matters including promotions
Qualifications:
Minimum Degree/ Professional diploma in Business/ Marketing/ related field- Minimum of 8 years experience in marketing with Trade Marketing experience. Able to interact closely with Sales & Marketing Dept and Functional Dept . Exposure to retail environment and channel sales management
- Preferable with working experience relates to Trade Marketing role and E-Commerce
- Good communication and interpersonal skill; team player; Good understanding of the business and competitive environment and ability to propose strategic and tactical programs .
- Good track record/ success of program, promotions & event management
- Strong in Microsoft Office(PPT & Excel); analytical skill; attention to details; pro-active.
