Possess minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
Independent and capable to excel in fast paced environment.
Analytical, meticulous and able to deliver quality result within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing the visual strategy for displaying products. This involves planograms, festive campaign POSM, product POSM, performing floor moves and delegating tasks to Field Force.
Manage teams of Field Force, hiring as necessary and training new members to the team.
Ensure that the teams are all working in conjunction with the merchandising strategy, the needs of the customer and the ultimate direction of the company.
Propose and lead the team in the principles of retail psychology to arrange product in a way that enticed the customer to buy.
Keep an eye to industry trends and competitors offline activities.
Provide TSM on fundamental information of what a promotion should be and where a certain product should go in the store; roadshow and in-store demo.
To support TSM on roadshow planning and schedule.
To analyze data of roadshow promotion, in-store demo and location to ensure ROI achievement.
Allocating the right manpower placement for sell out purposes.
Liaise closely with recruitment agency on Field Force placement.
Work with Trade Shopper
Liaise closely with sales team and TSM to coordinate the concept corner development.
Liaise with vendor on the fabrication and maintaining of the concept corner.
