Trading Procurement

Responsibilities

Prepare and issue RFQs to supplier based on client's requirements and speci?cations. To follow up with supplier for quotation submission and clari?cation. To ensure all technical documents such as technical datasheet (if applicable) is submitted along with quotation. To develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers to get priority treatment such as faster quotes and urgent prioritize delivery. To estimate logistics costs accurately. To negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers to optimize cost and value. To create and issue Purchase Orders in alignment with quotations, delivery schedules, and internal approval processes. To track delivery schedule and update Purchase Orders status.

Qualifications

Diploma in any related field Minimum 1-2 years of relevant sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in oil & gas, manufacturing, or engineering sectors Fresh Graduate are also encourage to apply

Requirements

Ability to read & interpret technical specifications, datasheets, and drawings related to equipment, parts, or materials. Basic product and material knowledge in oil and gas industry. Able to handle urgent sourcing enquiry.
